Prashanth Krishnamurthy has been working in and breathing on CRM (=customer relationship management, or anyone of the related next-gen terms) for sometime now, but has successfully avoided choking on it. Siebel CRM makes up for most of his work time, and it has been that way for more than a decade of his experience in the Information Technology industry. He retains his sanity in life by being enthusiastic about technology and the application thereof.
Prashanth is often reminiscent about strong technology focus that he brings to his CRM projects, and combines that with his leadership and “be sensible” skills to successfully deliver CRM projects (well at least most of the times). In his spare time he likes to dabble with, but not familiarize too much in, half-a-dozen programming languages, catch up on science fiction books and movies, and dream of becoming a philosophical-guru in a future avatar.
